How to edit 'Find me at' mentioned in the footer region?

• Login as Admin with Username/Password
• Move the cursor to 'Content Management' which is the first menu item on the 'Admin Bar'
• This results in the drop down menu having different Menu items
• Click on 'Content' to open a page that lists all the content created on the site
• Click 'Find me at' in the 2nd column
• Click on 'edit' on the 'find me at' page
• Make necessary edits
• Click 'Save' to save the edited
