How to edit different sections of the site?

In order to edit the different sections of the site:

Go to www.yoursite.com/user and login as Admin
Now click on the different sections of the home page
Click on 'Edit' shown on the page
Make the necessary edits in the content
You can make edits such as 'Editing the title', 'Editing the Body', Adding images etc
Click on save at the end, to save the changes made to the content
