Decarbonizing Our Workflows
By 2030, we intend to have a net-zero impact on the environment. We have established science-based objectives that have been verified by the Science Based Targets programme in accordance with a 1.5-degree approach as a crucial milestone on that trip. In order to fulfil these promises and reduce our company’s carbon footprint, we must adopt a multifaceted strategy that covers all areas of our operations.
We are electrifying our company-owned vehicles, implementing alternative mobility packages, switching to 100 percent renewable electricity, and improving the sustainability of our global office space, which together are helping us reduce our absolute emissions from cars and offices by 25 percent (Scope 1 and 2).
By embracing hybrid working modes and sustainable aviation fuels, we are trying to achieve our proven science-based objective of a 30 percent per colleague travel reduction by 2025 for our Scope 3 GHG emissions (indirect emissions from internal and client travel) (SAF). To fulfil our goal to having a net-zero climate effect by 2030, as a company, we can and must go above and beyond our declared aim.
We have been carbon neutral since 2018 by making up for whatever emissions we haven’t yet been able to completely stop.
